We all know milk is good for your bones and body, it's also good for your eye shadow too! Not milk in the literal sense but the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.
It's a matte white eye pencil, it applies smoothly and evenly. It can also be applied with a brush. (See swatch below)

The top section of blue eye shadow (From the BH Cosmetics 88 Cool Matte Palette) is over the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk and the bottom eye shadow swatch is done with no primer or base. It definitely makes a huge difference! This product is a makeup must have and essential for me on a daily basis! And for $4.49 it's a win win situation!
